DAY 01 Rome
Welcome to Rome! Upon arrival to the airport you will be greeted and transferred to the refurbished former palace hotel Beverly 4* / De la Ville 5*

DAY 02 Rome (B)
Morning city tour of Rome. Visit the legendary Trevi Fountain, the ancient Pantheon (except on Monday), Vatican City and the Basilica of St. Peter containing Michelangelo’s masterpiece, the "Pieta". Sightseeing of Naiads Fountain, Piazza Navona, built on the site of Domitian’s stadium with Bernini’s famous Fountain of the Four Rivers, St. Angelo’s Castle and other historical landmarks. Balance of the day free to enjoy this ancient and modern city.

DAY 03 Rome (B)
Full day at leisure. Optional tours to Vatican and Sistine Chapel, Catacombs and Tivoli.

DAY 04 Rome / Florence (B/L)
Early morning departure by motorcoach for Florence. Enjoy the beautiful Piazza del Duomo, the splendid Cathedral containing Michelangelo’s second "Pieta", the Baptistry with its famous bronze doors of Ghiberti, Giotto’s Bell Tower, Piazza della Signoria, and the Academy of Fine Arts containing the original "David" by Michelangelo. DAY 05 Florence / Pisa* / Florence (B)
Breakfast and morning at leisure. Afternoon excursion to Pisa for a visit to the immense Piazza dei Miracoli (Field of Miracles) and the Cathedral. View the famous Leaning Tower and the Baptistry. Return to Florence for overnight accommodations. Evening free.

DAY 06 Florence / Venice (B)
Breakfast and morning free for shopping or sightseeing. Transfer to the train station for departure by rail to Venice. Travel from the hilly landscapes of Tuscany and through the region of Emilia Romagna before arriving at the Venetian lagoon. Arrival transfer in Venice from station to hotel. Rest of the day at leisure.

Morning walking tour of Venice to visit the Doge’s Palace, the Bridge of Sighs, which connected the Palace to the ancient prisons, the Cathedral and St. Mark’s Square. Afternoon free for sightseeing, dining or shopping.
